Getting in touch

We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. Tell us your pharmacy name and, if you can, the screen you were on — it is usually enough for us to answer in the first reply.

Getting an account

AgileRx has no public sign-up. An account exists only because an administrator at your pharmacy created or invited it. If you need one, ask your pharmacy’s AgileRx administrator. If your pharmacy does not use AgileRx yet, the form above is the way in.

If you cannot sign in

Ten wrong passwords in a row lock the account for fifteen minutes; the lock clears by itself and nothing is lost. For a forgotten password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. If the app says it cannot reach the server, it is telling you the truth rather than showing stale information — check the connection and try again; nothing you entered is lost.

Adding a colleague

Only the pharmacy’s account Owner can invite a colleague, change a role, or deactivate an account. Everyone else sees the staff list without those controls — that is deliberate, not a fault.

Deleting your account

You can delete your own account from Settings → Delete account inside the app, confirming with your password. Your name, contact details and sign-in are erased and every device is signed out. The patient records, sessions, claims and incident reports you created stay with your pharmacy, which is the Health Information Custodian and is required by law to keep them. Our privacy policy explains this in full.

Your patients’ information

Patient information is sent to your pharmacy’s own clinical API, over HTTPS — it is not shared with any outside AI or analytics service. Patient information belongs to your pharmacy; if a patient asks what is held about them, your pharmacy answers.
