Founding pharmacy program

Be a founding pharmacy — and get your first year of AIMS compliance free.

From January 1, 2027, every accredited Ontario pharmacy must run a medication incident platform built to the College’s published criteria. Join AgileRx as a founding pharmacy before the deadline: your first year on the Compliance tier is on us, at a founding rate that never rises as modules are added.

The founding offer

Two things a founding pharmacy locks in.

The Compliance tier is the incident platform every Ontario pharmacy must run by January 1, 2027 — built to OCP’s published Platform Criteria, with anonymous daily NIDR submission built to the published minimum data set. Here is what founding pharmacies get that later ones will not.

First year, free

Freefirst year · normally $149/yr per store

Your first year of AIMS compliance, on us.

The Compliance tier is normally $149 a year per store — less than three MedsChecks at the published $60 fee, and below every standalone AIMS tool. For a founding pharmacy, the first year is free. You meet the mandate at no cost while you see the platform run in your own store.

Founding price, locked

Lockedthe rate you join at, kept for good

The founding rate never rises as modules are added.

The price you join at is the price you keep. As AgileRx adds modules — MedsCheck, minor ailments, vaccinations, injections and the claim scrubber that defends them — your founding rate holds. Later pharmacies pay list; founding pharmacies do not.

Every figure here is public and set against published ministry and OCP fees, not a projection. See the full pricing.

Do this once

How to complete your NIDR Data Sharing Agreement.

Every Ontario pharmacy must sign a Data Sharing Agreement with ISMP Canada once it selects a platform — it is required no matter which platform you choose. It is one form and three steps, signed by your pharmacy’s Designated Manager.

  1. Download the official form

ISMP Canada publishes the NIDR Ontario Data Sharing Agreement (NIDR-ON-DSA). Always use the official PDF — do not retype it. Most of the form is simply your pharmacy’s own details.

    Download the official form (PDF)
  2. Fill it in — one field names your platform

The entry that names your reporting platform is the Reporting Platform Provider field. Enter AgileRx there. Your pharmacy’s Designated Manager is the person who signs the completed form.

  3. Email the signed PDF to ISMP Canada

Send the signed PDF to nidr@ismpcanada.ca. That is the whole submission — nothing goes to the College, and nothing else is required to be on the platform.

Two things the form itself makes clear:

De-identified data only

What is shared with the NIDR is de-identified — an age range and gender, never a patient’s name or health number. The identifiable detail stays in your pharmacy.

OCP covers the $70 fee

The $70-a-year NIDR data-processing fee is covered by the Ontario College of Pharmacists, not billed to your pharmacy. Signing the agreement is not a cost to you.
